That's the whole reason we never see Goku use Kaioken (in manga canon) after he reaches Super Saiyan. Super Saiyan may be potentially weaker than a Kaioken (say Goku can amp it up to 80x by the time of the Android Arc), but Super Saiyan can be sustained for a longer amount of time, and the potential danger of death from using SSj doesn't exist. In other words, it's more practical to use than Kaioken because it's safer for Goku. It's the same concept with using Kamehameha over the Genki Dama. The Genki Dama has the potential to be thousands of times more powerful than the Kamehameha, but it has its downside. It takes too long to gather the energy for it, and Goku has better control with the Kamehameha.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.
